
Our youth programs are designed to increase confidence, fitness, and responsibility in every student. We work with each student to meet their individual needs.

Our team of dedicated black belts is here to support both the student as an individual and the class as a team.
Our youth programs have a high success rate with students who need extra guidance or attention to become their best selves. Many parents note an increase in their child’s confidence, patience, and focus after training at Mt. Si Karate.
We believe that encouragement works better than threats in motivating students to work hard and push themselves through challenging situations. All students are capable of overcoming difficulties when given the opportunity to succeed.

Life skills are incorporated into our curriculum throughout the year, for application at home, in school, and in their martial arts training.

Many students who train at Mt. Si Karate continue with their martial arts journey after achieving their black belt. These students then pass on their skills and knowledge to their peers by helping out as assistant teachers.
Monthly themes are centered around personal growth. At Mt. Si Karate, we believe that incorporating necessary life skills into our curriculum sets the foundation for strong leaders and individuals.
Student discussions promote critical thinking, and often incorporate a take-home element to increase transfer of these skills to other facets of their lives.
